Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been prepared, picked up or delivered. We are unable to guarantee product quality or safety once items have been left unrefrigerated, improperly stored, or mishandled after pickup or delivery.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery so we may review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution if applicable.
Orders canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable due to the purchase of ingredients, preparation time, and perishable nature of our products. Refund exceptions, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of Seven 8 Seven Boards & Bites.
Custom, themed, or personalized orders are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time due to the purchase of ingredients, preparation time, and the perishable nature of our products.
Rush fees and custom add-ons are non-refundable.
Premium scheduling fees and after-hours service fees are non-refundable once a pickup or delivery time has been confirmed.
Seven 8 Seven Boards & Bites is not responsible for issues caused after pickup or delivery, including improper storage, temperature exposure, mishandling, or delayed consumption.
